Shipping

If the product you order is in stock, we will ship it in 1-2 working days by Fast Courrier or Post (Priority Mail). Tracking will be available.

If the product is not in stock, sewing takes up to 4-6 weeks (Shipping time not included).
If you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order by e-mail info@ugi-aprons.com. When marked as shipped your order should be delivered approx within these time frames:

Buyer assumes all responsibility for taxes and/or duty fees imposed by their individual country.

Delays:
Please note that possible shipping delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, mail carrier service closures, weather disasters, additional checking in customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please read the descriptions of items carefully and estimate the sizes of aprons before placing an order. If you have any questions, ask before placing an order.

If you are not satisfied with the your purchase, we guarantee money return IF the following requirements have been fulfilled:
– the item is returned in its original package and condition, unused;
– for EU buyers the item must be returned within 14 days after receiving an item;
– for US, Australia and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
– If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back by e-mail info@ugi-aprons.com. The shipment expenses will have to be paid by the buyer.

REFUND/Item CHANGE options:
1) We refund money via PayPal after items are shipped back to us.
2) Contact us ASAP if you received wrong item, we will offer you a solution.

Refund Process
Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in approximately two to three 2-3 weeks, depending on your method of return.
